Caitlin Keitel, MAPOF

Caitlin Keitel is a Process Work Therapist who works with individuals to connect with the deeper meaning in their lives, find relief from painful patterns of behavior, and to develop personal power.

As a survivor of her mother’s suicide, Caitlin understands the urgency of breaking the silence and stigma that surrounds our mental health struggles. Caitlin knows there is a relationship between the distress of mental illness and the social traumas we endure. Racism, toxic masculinity, xenophobia, misogyny, unrestrained capitalism, ableism, and homophobia have everything to do with our psychological suffering.

For years, Caitlin has worked in the field of community based social work, supporting dialogue and action for racial, economic, housing, and food justice.

When Caitlin is not supporting clients, she is likely playing guitar or banjo, stitching a quilt, or telling a friend about some amazing podcast she listened to.
